Extension Programs at St. Margaret's Episcopal School encompass a variety of enriching opportunities designed to support students' growth beyond the classroom.

These programs include Extended Day for after-school childcare, engaging enrichment classes that explore diverse interests, Dance Conservatory classes that foster artistic expression, and Summer at St. Margaret's, which offers a dynamic learning environment during the summer months.

Each component is thoughtfully crafted to align with our mission of educating the hearts and minds of young people for lives of learning, leadership, and service.

Your child can shine both on stage and in clubs. When they audition for the Lower School Musical, you will note their conflicts and their rehearsal schedule will be carefully coordinated around existing club commitments. While they might occasionally miss a club meeting during peak rehearsal times, we fully support their participation in BOTH activities.

Registration for the Spring Session opens on Monday, February 3 at 7:00 p.m. and remains open until the morning of February 14.

• Many clubs reach capacity quickly, often within minutes of opening.
• There is a minimum enrollment requirement of 7 students for a club to run.
• Clubs that do not meet the minimum enrollment may be cancelled.

The Winter Session concludes on Friday, February 14.

Following the Winter recess from February 17 through 21, the Spring Session commences on Monday, February 24

February 3, 7:00 p.m.: Spring Session registration opens

February 14: Registration closes

February 14: Last day of Winter Session

February 17-21: Winter recess

February 24: Spring Session begins

Registering early helps ensure desired club placements and prevents potential cancellations due to under-enrollment.

Dates for the entire 2024-2025 school year:

Fall: Sept. 3 - Nov. 8, 2024 (10 weeks)

*Note: no clubs and dance the first full week of school, all school min. day 10/16, and Halloween but Extended Day is available.  

Winter: Nov. 12 - Feb. 14, 2025 (10 weeks) | Registration 10/14-11/1 

Note: no clubs and dance the entire Thanksgiving week, the week before Christmas break due to

Lessons and Carols but Extended Day is available. No clubs/dance/Extended Day the day last day of school, 12/20 (all school min. day)

Spring: Feb. 24 - May 16, 2024 (11 weeks) | Registration 2/3-2/14 

Note: no clubs and dance the last two weeks in May, 5/19 - 6/4 but Extended Day is available.

Summer at St. Margaret's 2025 runs from June 9 through July 25, 2025
