What is Gaga Ball?
Gaga Ball is a lively variation of dodgeball played in an octagonal pit. Players aim to eliminate opponents by hitting them with a soft foam ball below the knees, making it a thrilling experience for everyone involved.
Why Play Gaga Ball?
Not only is Gaga Ball a fantastic way to get active, but it also helps develop essential motor skills like dodging and jumping. Its inclusive nature allows children of all abilities to participate, fostering teamwork and social connections.
