This is an all day camp. The morning is spent in the classroom with academic instruction. The afternoon will be spent having fun in the sun at Doheny beach. Students will be transported to and from the beach.
Get a head-start on the algebraic concepts necessary for success in Algebra 1A!
This class stresses the study of solving algebraic equations, graphing linear functions, and simplifying algebraic fractions using integers the laws of exponents and factoring.
Students develop critical-thinking skills by analyzing and solving word problems that deal with geometry, value, and mixture. Math study skills are reinforced.
