Summer is almost over, and that means it is time to gear up for the new school year. This year, all Gear Up classes K-5 will be a full day St. Margaret’s experience. The full day model provides numerous academic and social-emotional benefits.
Daily academic, recess and lunch schedules will mirror those of the upcoming year, including Special Subjects classes!
Each day will include differentiated Reader’s and Writer’s Workshop literacy skills, engaging, hands-on math lessons, and study skills practice. Full day Gear Up classes are an effective way to prepare for the coming school year while connecting with old and new friends.
