Reel Locations and Genres: Exploring Hollywood Filmmaking through L.A.’s Iconic Spaces, June 16-20
This week-long course explores the evolution of genre storytelling through the history and iconic landscapes of the Hollywood studio system. Through film screenings, discussions, and visits to iconic Los Angeles film locations, students will explore the intersection between the creative legacy of Hollywood, its physical spaces, and the cinematography that brought landmark films to life.
Open to SMES students entering grades 10-12.
