This is a course on all things barbecue. Menu include hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks, Korean short ribs and corn on the cob, just to name a few.
If you want to get a head start on Sunday dinners, this course is for you!
Supplies required—apron, mitts, tongs and spatula.

Participants must be entering grades 5 to 8.
