An attitude of gratitude is a regular habit to express appreciation for all different parts of life, no matter how small.
Let's unite the body and mind by learning life-long techniques which ultimately lead to happiness and healthiness. Along with yoga and mindfulness, the camp will include gratitude sessions, health discussions, journal writing, nature walks and outdoor play focusing on gross motor skills and teamwork.
We might embark on a field trip to the Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano to explore our human interconnectedness with nature's bounty.
