St. Margaret's Early School Camps are designed to engage the youngest learners to develop socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively through developmentally-appropriate practices rich in social connections, language, literacy, math and other disciplinary skills and content.

Early School Camps - FAQ's

WHO can take Early School Camps?

Early School Camps are open to currently enrolled and incoming (accepted) St. Margaret’s students ONLY.

What are the AGES?

Children must be three years old by the start of camp.

Does my child need to be POTTY TRAINED?

Yes. Children must be potty trained. We understand accidents happen but are not equipped for diaper changes and training pants.

What are camp DAYS and TIMES?

We offer 3 week, 4 week and 7 week long camps. Camp starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m. We do not offer 1 week long camps as they are not developmentally appropriate for our youngest learners.

WHAT does a day in the Early School Camp look like?

A day at camp will look very much like a regular day in the Early School, with time for outdoor play, art, library time, snack, lunch and rest time, and special summer activities such as a bounce house.

Can I REQUEST my child to be in the same group as their FRIEND?

You can submit a request to the Early School Summer Site Supervisor, Sharon Benedetto at [email protected] with your friends name and we will make an effort to place the children together but do not promise.

Do I have to sign my child IN and OUT?

Yes! Parents must sign their child in and out of the Early School every day, no exceptions. Please allow ample time to park and walk to the Early School.
